Originally from a small coastal neighborhood in Los Angeles, Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California. After years in both corporate and creative fields, she discovered her passion for real estate while training alongside a leading realtor in her hometown. In her first year as a lead agent, she was recognized as one of the top-producing real estate agents in her region.

In 2023, Stephanie relocated to the Shoals with her fiancé, Spencer, as they sought to establish roots in his home state of Alabama. Quickly immersing herself in the vibrant community, she earned her Alabama real estate license and began seeking a team that best embodied the professional and generous spirit of those she had previously worked alongside. After meeting Matt Golley, during her own personal real estate transaction, Stephanie and Matt quickly became friends, and then teammates.

Outside of real estate, she has remained active in the arts as a painter and actress, collaborating with fellow creatives in the Shoals to make a positive impact in the community that she now calls home.

As a recent transplant, Stephanie understands the importance of finding a place in the world that feels like home. Whether home is a place or a sense of belonging, she is dedicated to helping others achieve that dream too.
